Cecilia focuses her practice in handling labor, corporate and regulatory (energy) matters. Likewise, Cecilia represents clients in court and before authorities on administrative proceedings on labor, consumer protection and energy-regulation disputes. Previously, Cecilia worked at the legal department of CGE S.A., a major energy distribution utility company (2010-2015). Before CGE S.A., Cecilia worked as a senior associate at the local law firm of Estudio Carvallo Abogados (2005-2010), which she joined following her position as in-house attorney at the legal department of Telefónica Manquehue S.A. (at present, GTD Manquehue), a local telecommunications company.
