Mr. Sandoval focus his legal practice in advising foreign clients operating in Chile, assisting them in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, labor, regulatory, consumer protection, franchising, among other areas of business law
He has worked as a litigation lawyer defending companies in liability cases, international commercial arbitration and defenses before administrative agencies such as the Financial Market Commission, formerly the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, and the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office.
He was an assistant professor of Commercial Law for four years at the Alberto Hurtado University Law School. Mr. Sandoval was also an assistant professor of Labor Law for two years at the Business School of the Andrés Bello University.
Mr. Sandoval has been a lawyer since 1998. Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
