Mr. Diaz specializes in advising Chilean and foreign clients, representing them in complex litigation and arbitration. He also provides advice on corporate and contractual matters.

He worked for more than 20 years at the local litigation boutique firm of Pfeffer & Asociados, where he served as a litigation attorney defending the interests of public and private companies and state entities in complex civil liability litigation, arbitration, securities market, regulatory proceedings of diverse nature and administrative proceedings. Mr. Díaz has represented clients in civil, commercial and securities markets landmark cases 

He was an assistant professor of Economic Law for ten years at the Universidad Central Law School and has taught in other educational institutions in his area of specialization. Mr. Díaz has also participated in training as a lecturer in Economic Law and Labor Law programs at the law schools of Universidad Central and Universidad del Desarrollo, respectively.
